Client Database Set-Up

In these four steps, we will introduce the Procentive training process including what to expect, clinical forms, and communication. We will also build your live client database together by inputting real data and services to ensure a seamless journey through all other training stages.

What is a Champion?

Champions are key people in your agency who will be responsible for your database setup and implementation.

An introduction to Procentive through a mini demo of what you will be able to do within Procentive and an overview of the implementation process for billing and clinical forms. You will be given access to Procentive during this session and be assigned action items for your setup.

Build the Foundation

This is a critical meeting where we review the foundational setup of your database, upon which you will build everything else.

Client Intake

Step 4

Documenting a Service

What is a Champion?

Champions are key people in your agency who will be responsible for your database setup and implementation.

We will review how your interactions with clients are recorded and tracked. We will discuss the key data points needed to insure claims are submitted correctly and future reporting is robust and accurate.
