Onboarding the ProCare Way

To ensure a successful implementation, we’ll guide you through each of these sessions, from setting up your EHR to inputting real client data!

Session 1

Training Kick Off

The Kick Off is an introduction to Procentive on how navigate through your EHR. You will be confirming information you gave us to ensure all your billing information is accurate. You’ll also be given access to Procentive during this session and assigned action items to get started.

Session 2

Client Intake

The bulk of data to input into Procentive are your client files. We will discuss the process of entering and scheduling clients. We will begin the discussion on documenting the services you provided to those clients.

Session 3

Document Services

Session 4

Workflow, Payments and Reporting

We will review all the different information you can pull with several different reports. Set up your databases to give you notifications on upcoming dates for important documents. You will be introduced to the modules that will show you all your billing and payment information.

Next Steps

Congratulations you have made it through all the stages of implementation! The implementation of an electronic health record system is not an easy one and you did it. Now that you have finished your implementation process you will be moved over to your Procentive RCM Account Manager. Your Account Manager will reach out to you via ticketing with all their contact information.
