These last three steps are spaced to allow more discussion time based on questions from staff independent use of Procentive. We will also lay out clear processes of client life cycle, discharge, and reporting. You will end training with all the knowledge needed to be successful using Procentive and with a clear sustainment plan to use moving forward.
