Procentive has big plans, so we need to make some upgrades!

WHEN:

Procentive will be undergoing scheduled maintenance starting Saturday, 12/14 at 12:00 AM until Sunday 12/15 at 6:00 PM CST.

WHY:

This is an important upgrade that will result in more consistent product performance, even during peak usage times, and give us more agility in scaling capacity to meet your growth. This upgrade also allows us to pursue additional features and enhancements which we otherwise would not be able to consider.      

HOW TO PLAN:

While we anticipate that the system will be inaccessible for only a portion of the time, we ask that you prepare your agency for being without use or access to Procentive for the entire maintenance window.  

Here are a few items to keep in mind while making your plan:

  • Make appointment reminder phone calls or Send Mass Notifications for Sunday & Monday appointments
  • Print appointment calendars, if needed, by clicking the Printer icon along the top of the module
  • Print blank Clinical Documents for charting
  • Print any records you may need to reference during that weekend
  • Make a plan for staff working that weekend
  • Integrated faxing will continue to receive and store faxes. Faxes will be accessible after the maintenance window
  • Print paper medication administration documents in place of the EMAR
  • E-Prescribe: Please keep paper script pads on hand over the weekend for prescribing
  • Clients will see a notification prior to and during maintenance in Client portal when they log in
  • Integrated Credit card processing: Please submit a Support Ticket if you anticipate processing payments during this maintenance window
